The Blizzard of Oh Ten

Fixie on ice.

Animals on ice.

Around the lake.

College is freedom. You can go outside for a midnight bike ride during a snowstorm.

The prelude to snowmageddon.

Totes art.

Snow biking is fun.

As soon as the snow from Wednesday's storm melted away the snowmageddon came.

Maryland is in the sweet spot.

100% chance of blizzard. Taking pictures of websites is probably lame. Why didn't I take screenshots?

I spent the blizzard day doing two things I've never done before: playing Oblivion and drinking Mountain Dew throwback. Oblivion is fun. I couldn't taste the throwback in Mountain Dew, which is probably because I rarely drink soda.

Going outside to see the start of the blizzard.

Snowgasm snowball fight with almost 3,000 people? Sure. I doubt everyone who accepted the invite will go.

The blizzard continues.

Why is there a pin in my foot?

Art.

Felled tree in front of the apartment.

Walking in the middle of a normally busy road was novel.

People running red lights.

Thanks to slave labor the campus roads weren't covered in two feet of snow.

Upperclassmen in red versus underclassmen in black.

Underclassmen outnumbered us significantly. We were unable to hold our ground after they charged.

Upperclassmen lost. Most upperclassmen live off campus, so they were probably too lazy to walk through the snow to get to campus.

People sledding on diner trays.

'Twas an epic battle on the campus mall.

Don't tell the University President we can still walk to class.

The snow came up past my knees.

Elliot may or may not have jumped off the second story of a parking garage.

As of Sunday most of the roads were only 1.5 lanes, and most of the sidewalks were still covered.

Snowtorious B.I.G. has cancelled a couple days of classes so far. Snow days are exciting, even though all of my work is still due online.
